Need any help?

Looks like it took hours instead of minutes but both hubs are 301 error free with up to date download. Thx!

Hi! Does anyone hv issues when they pause a movie? My seats will continue to vibrate even when i pause a movie :disappointed:

Hi Alex, please refer to this article: D-BOX Coded Video Mode (Computer & HaptiSync App). Thank you!

I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue using an HEMC:

Every time I start watching a movie, my D-Box is extremely weak, nearly off.

I have found a work around but would like a permanent fix.

General Info:

Product Information:
Vendor: D-Box
Name: HEMC

Product Versions
Application: 3.0
Engine: 6.2.2.20651

Haptisync Engine:
D-Box Coded Video

D-Box Coded Video Configuration:
IN: Audio Line-in
Automatic Input Level Control = ON

Work Around:

I need to change the Haptisync Engine from D-Box Coded Video to Adaptive Audio and then adjust the Adaptive Audio Configuration Audio Source level from 0dB to 20dB or 20dB to 0dB, then go back to the D-Box Coded Video Haptisync Engine.

Hopefully someone has found a solution.

I have turned off and then back on the HEMC as well.

Thank you in advance,

Tony

Is there a new TCP/IP REMOTE CONTROL COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL document for the HEMC for Application: 3.0 & Engine: 6.2.2.20651?

In the meantime, if there is a command code to switch Haptisync Engine to Adaptive Audio?

Example:

COMMAND: WMUTE
FUNCTION: Activates or deactivates the mute function of the targeted platform.
USAGE : < STX >#WMUTE< RS >< Parameter >< ETX >
PARAMETERS:
• 0 : Mute is deactivated
• 1 : Mute is activated
NORMAL RESPONSE: < ETX >

Still looking for TCP/IP command to switch Haptisync Engine to Adaptive Audio and back to video?

Any chance to help there?

Hello Anthony,

The version available on our website is the latest, and to change the experience modes, both commands (REXPM and WEXPM) are included in the document.
